2023 - Our favourites

Another year……and we have covered some remarkable music on these pages. We have also heard lots from the kind of slightly more established artists we don’t often cover on this site. So the best move is to combine them all in to a stellar fifty track playlist and hopefully you find something you like or that makes you want to investigate these artists a little more.

Our playlist kicks off with tracks from some LPs we loved this year including Nabihah Iqbals ‘Dreamer’, Art Feynman’s ‘Be Good The Crazy Boys’ and Yves Tumor’s incomparable ‘Praise A Lord…’. But across the list we feature artists who we have only heard one release by, or that have just emerged, and these are next to old stagers and veterans with multiple albums under their belt. As ever, hopefully it is eclectic and interesting. See you in 2024….
